Stat. tit. 36, § 36-901.4","heading":"Hearings - Period of advisement - Additional","body":"information, analysis, consideration and investigation.\n\nA. Not less than ten (10) days in advance of a meeting to\n\ndetermine whether a hearing will be held, the Insurance Commissioner\n\nshall give notice to each insurer or organization making the filing,\n\nto each party to the filing and to any person who annually requests\n\nin writing to be notified of filings made pursuant to this act, of\n\nthe date, time and location of any hearing or rehearing, the name of\n\nthe insurer or organization making the filing and of the parties to\n\nthe filing and a brief statement of the action requested in the\n\nfiling.\n\nB. Hearings shall be open to the public.\n\nC. Any person aggrieved with respect to a rate filing may make\n\nwritten application to the Commissioner to participate in any\n\nhearing called by the Commissioner. If the Commissioner finds the\n\napplication to be supported by reasonable grounds, it may allow the\n\napplicant to appear in person or by counsel.\n\nAt the conclusion of any formal hearing and before the final\n\nclosing of such hearing, any party in interest upon timely request\n\nshall be granted, as a matter of right, a continuance of twenty-four\n\n(24) hours for the purpose of making examination and analyses of\n\ndocuments introduced in the hearing.\n\nD. The evidentiary procedures of the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct shall apply to hearings conducted pursuant to this act.\n\nE. Upon written request seasonably made by a person affected by\n\nthe hearing, and at such person's expense, the Commissioner shall\n\ncause a full stenographic record of the proceedings to be made by a\n\ncompetent court reporter. If transcribed, such record shall be a\n\npart of the Commissioner’s record of the hearing, and a copy of such\n\nstenographic record shall be furnished to any other party having a\n\ndirect interest therein at the request and expense of such party.\n\nF. Following a hearing on a filing made pursuant to this act,\n\nthe Commissioner may take the matter under advisement for up to\n\nthirty (30) calendar days, subject to the provisions of Section 903\n\nof this title.\n\nG. At any time during the pendency of a filing, the\n\nCommissioner may:\n\n1. Require the submission of additional information by any\n\nparty to the filing;\n\n2. Solicit proposals for independent analysis of the filing by\n\nqualified technicians, such technicians to be chosen pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 332 of this title;\n\n3. Consider the findings of its employees or the technician;\n\nand\n\n4.
