Stat. tit. 36, § 36-904","heading":"Inspection of filed rates - Information to insured -","body":"Proceedings by aggrieved persons - False or misleading information -\n\nWithholding policy or evidence.\n\nA. All schedules and insurance rates and supporting information\n\nfiled in accordance with the provisions of this article shall be\n\nopen to inspection to the public after such filings are made.\n\nB. Every advisory organization and every insurer which makes\n\nits own rates shall, within a reasonable time after receiving\n\nwritten request therefor and upon payment of such reasonable charge\n\nas it may make, furnish to any insured affected by a rate made by\n\nit, or to the authorized representative of such insured, all\n\npertinent information as to such rate.\n\nC. Every advisory organization and every insurer which makes\n\nits own rates shall provide within the state reasonable means\n\nwhereby any person, aggrieved by the application of its rating\n\nsystem, may be heard, in person or by his authorized representative,\n\non his written request to revise the manner in which such rating\n\nsystem has been applied in connection with the insurance afforded\n\nhim. If the advisory organization or insurer fails to grant or\n\nreject such request, within thirty (30) days after it is made, this\n\napplicant may proceed in the same manner as if his application had\n\nbeen rejected. Any party affected by the action of such advisory\n\norganization or such insurer on such request may, within thirty (30)\n\ndays after written notice of such action, appeal to the Insurance\n\nCommissioner, which, after a hearing held upon not less than ten\n\n(10) days written notice to the appellant and to such advisory\n\norganization or insurer, may modify, affirm or reverse such action.\n\nD. No insurer, agent, broker, or advisory organization may\n\nwillfully withhold required information from or give false or\n\nmisleading information to the Commissioner.\n\nE.
