Stat. tit. 36, § 36-908","heading":"Administrative penalties","body":"The Insurance Commissioner may, if the Commissioner finds that\n\nany person or organization has violated the provisions of any\n\nstatute, rule, or order for which the Commissioner has jurisdiction,\n\nimpose a penalty of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)\n\nfor each such violation.
