Every group, association or other organization of insurers\n\nwhich engages in joint underwriting or joint reinsurance, shall be\n\nsubject to regulation with respect thereto, as herein provided,\n\nsubject, with respect to joint underwriting, to all other provisions\n\nof this act, and with respect to joint reinsurance as provided in\n\nthis act.\n\nB.
