Stat. tit. 36, § 36-941.2","heading":"Motor vehicle liability policies – Provision relating to","body":"financial responsibility limits of another state or province.\n\nEvery motor vehicle liability insurance policy approved by the\n\nInsurance Commissioner shall include a provision providing that the\n\nfinancial responsibility limits of another state or province shall\n\nbe met if so required by the other state and if the financial\n\nresponsibility limits of the other state or province are higher than\n\nthose required by the state where the motor vehicle is principally\n\ngaraged. The policy does not have to contain the exact wording of\n\nthis section or any other exact wording.
