No consumer reporting agency shall provide or sell data or\n\nlists that include any information that in whole or in part was\n\nsubmitted in conjunction with an insurance inquiry about a\n\nconsumer’s credit information or a request for a credit report or\n\ninsurance score. Such information includes, but is not limited to,\n\nthe expiration dates of an insurance policy or any other information\n\nthat may identify time periods during which a consumer’s insurance\n\nmay expire and the terms and conditions of the consumer’s insurance\n\ncoverage.\n\nB. The restrictions provided in subsection A of this section do\n\nnot apply to data or lists the consumer reporting agency supplies to\n\nthe insurance agent from whom information was received, the insurer\n\non whose behalf such agent acted, or such insurer’s affiliates or\n\nholding companies.\n\nC.
