Stat. tit. 36, § 36-975","heading":"Evaluator requirements","body":"To be eligible to work on a project funded by the Strengthen\n\nOklahoma Homes (SOH) Program as an evaluator, the evaluator shall\n\nmeet all program requirements, including, but not limited to, those\n\nlisted in this section, and maintain a current copy of all\n\napplicable certificates and licenses with the SOH Program office:\n\n1. The evaluator must be in good standing with IBHS and\n\nmaintain an active IBHS certification as a FORTIFIED Home Evaluator.\n\nThe evaluator is responsible for paying all fees associated with\n\ncertification and training;\n\n2. If applicable, the evaluator shall be registered to do\n\nbusiness in Oklahoma with the Secretary of State;\n\n3. The evaluator shall agree to follow the SOH Program's\n\nprocedures and rules as prescribed by the Commissioner;\n\n4. The evaluator shall maintain accurate contact information\n\nwith the SOH Program;\n\n5. The evaluator shall not have any financial interest in any\n\nproject which they inspect for designation purposes for the SOH\n\nProgram;\n\n6. The evaluator shall not be a contractor or supplier of any\n\nmaterials or products or systems installed in any home they inspect\n\nfor designation purposes for the SOH Program;\n\n7. The evaluator shall not be the sales agent for any home\n\nbeing designated for the SOH Program; and\n\n8.
