Stat. tit. 36, § 36-983","heading":"Scope of act","body":"The Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act\n\napplies to all forms of property and casualty insurance written in\n\nthis state by insurers licensed in this state. The Property and\n\nCasualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act shall not apply to:\n\n1. Reinsurance;\n\n2. Life insurance;\n\n3. Accident and health insurance;\n\n4. Insurance of vessels or craft, their cargoes, marine\n\nbuilders' risks, marine protection and indemnity, or other risks\n\ncommonly insured under marine, excluding inland marine, insurance as\n\ndetermined by the Commissioner; and\n\n5.
