If the Commissioner determines that competition does not\n\nexist in a market and issues a ruling to that effect pursuant to\n\nSection 984 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the rates\n\napplicable to insurance sold in that market shall be regulated in\n\naccordance with the provisions of Sections 985 through 989 of Title\n\n36 of the Oklahoma Statutes that are applicable to noncompetitive\n\nmarkets.\n\nB. Any rate in effect at the time the Commissioner determines\n\nthat competition does not exist pursuant to Section 984 of Title 36\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes shall be deemed to be in compliance with\n\nthe laws of this state unless disapproved pursuant to the procedures\n\nand rating standards contained in Sections 985 through 989 of Title\n\n36 of the Oklahoma Statutes that are applicable to noncompetitive\n\nmarkets.\n\nC.
