In only those markets found to be noncompetitive pursuant to\n\nSection 984 of this title, insurers and advisory organizations shall\n\nfile with the Commissioner and the Commissioner shall review\n\nreasonable rules and plans for recording and reporting their rates,\n\nloss and expense experience and other information determined by the\n\nCommissioner to be necessary or appropriate for the administration\n\nof the Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act. The\n\nCommissioner may designate one or more advisory organizations or\n\nother agencies to assist in gathering such experience and making\n\ncompilation thereof.\n\nB. Reasonable rules and plans may be promulgated by the\n\nCommissioner for the exchange of data necessary for the development\n\nand application of rating plans.\n\nC. In order to further uniform administration of rate\n\nregulatory laws, the Commissioner and every insurer and advisory\n\norganization may exchange information and experience data with\n\ninsurance supervisory officials, insurers and advisory organizations\n\nin other states and may consult with them with respect to the\n\napplication of rating systems.\n\nD. Cooperation among advisory organizations or among advisory\n\norganizations and insurers in ratemaking or in other matters within\n\nthe scope of the Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating\n\nAct is authorized. The Commissioner may review such cooperative\n\nactivities and practices, and if, after a hearing, any such activity\n\nor practice is found to violate the provisions of the Property and\n\nCasualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act, a written order may be\n\nissued specifying that such activity or practice violates the\n\nprovisions of this act and requiring the discontinuance of such\n\nactivity.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"02eeb3d46827649215cb3ce0f4eb78ef51275a3931e9daa41027251829ed0e32","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-985.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-987"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
