Stat. tit. 36, § 36-992","heading":"Insurers - Prohibited activity","body":"Insurers; Prohibited Activity.\n\nA. No insurer shall:\n\n1. Attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any\n\nperson or persons to monopolize an insurance market;\n\n2. Engage in a boycott, on a concerted basis, of an insurance\n\nmarket; and\n\n3. Except as set forth in subsection B of this section, agree\n\nto mandate adherence to or to mandate use of any rate, prospective\n\nloss cost, rating plan, rating schedule, rating rule, policy or bond\n\nform, rate classification, rate territory, underwriting rule,\n\nsurvey, inspection or similar material. Insurers and advisory\n\norganizations may agree to develop and adhere to statistical plans\n\npermitted by this title.\n\nB. The fact that two or more insurers, whether or not members\n\nor subscribers of an advisory organization, use consistently or\n\nintermittently the same rates, prospective loss costs, rating plans,\n\nrating schedules, rating rules, policy or bond forms, rate\n\nclassifications, rate territories, underwriting rules, surveys or\n\ninspections or similar materials is not sufficient in itself to\n\nsupport a finding that an agreement exists.\n\nC.
