The purpose of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act\n\nis to implement the provisions of Article XVIIIA of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution, as referred to the people for their approval or\n\nrejection by the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of\n\nEnrolled Senate Joint Resolution No. 68 of the 2nd Session of the\n\n55th Oklahoma Legislature. The Legislature hereby declares that the\n\nOklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act is deemed to be a code,\n\ndigest or revision of statutes pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n57 of Article V of the Oklahoma Constitution.\n\nB.
