The members of the ABLE Commission, the Director and such\n\nagents and inspectors as the ABLE Commission appoints in writing\n\nshall have all the powers and authority of peace officers of this\n\nstate for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Control Act.\n\nB. The Director or any agent or inspector duly appointed, as\n\nprovided in subsection A of this section, shall be authorized to\n\narrest violators for offenses against laws of this state committed\n\nin the presence of the Director or such agents or inspectors, and\n\nfurther, upon the request of a sheriff or another peace officer of\n\nthis state or any political subdivision thereof, assist in\n\napprehension and arrest of a violator or suspected violator of any\n\nof the laws of this state.\n\nC. 1. A commissioned employee of the ABLE Commission shall be\n\nentitled to receive, upon retirement by reason of length of service,\n\nthe continued custody and possession of the sidearm and badge\n\ncarried by such employee immediately prior to retirement;\n\n2. A commissioned employee of the ABLE Commission may be\n\nentitled to receive, upon retirement by reason of disability, the\n\ncontinued custody and possession of the sidearm and badge carried by\n\nsuch employee immediately prior to retirement, upon approval of the\n\nDirector;\n\n3.
