Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-112","heading":"Caterer license","body":"A caterer license shall authorize the holder thereof to sell\n\nmixed beverages for on-premises consumption incidental to the sale\n\nor distribution of food at particular functions, occasions or events\n\nwhich are temporary in nature. A caterer license shall not be\n\nissued in lieu of a mixed beverage license. A caterer license shall\n\nonly be issued in counties of this state where the sale of alcoholic\n\nbeverages by the individual drink for on-premises consumption has\n\nbeen authorized.
