An annual special event license shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to sell and distribute mixed beverages for consumption on\n\nthe premises for which the license has been issued for up to four\n\nevents to be held over a period not to exceed one (1) year, not to\n\nexceed two such events in any three-month period. For purposes of\n\nthis subsection, an event shall not exceed a period of ten (10)\n\nconsecutive days. An annual special event license shall only be\n\nissued in counties of this state where the sale of alcoholic\n\nbeverages by the individual drink for on-premises consumption has\n\nbeen authorized. The holder of an annual special event license\n\nshall provide written notice to the ABLE Commission of each special\n\nevent not less than ten (10) days before the event is held.\n\nB. A quarterly special event license shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to sell and distribute mixed beverages for consumption on\n\nthe premises for which the license has been issued for up to three\n\nevents to be held over a period not to exceed three (3) months. For\n\npurposes of this subsection, an event shall not exceed a period of\n\nten (10) consecutive days. A quarterly special event license shall\n\nonly be issued in counties of this state where the sale of alcoholic\n\nbeverages by the individual drink for on-premises consumption has\n\nbeen authorized. The holder of a quarterly special event license\n\nshall provide written notice to the ABLE Commission of each special\n\nevent not less than ten (10) days before the event is held.\n\nC. An annual public event license shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to sell and distribute mixed beverages for consumption on\n\nthe premises for which the license has been issued for up to six\n\nevents to be held over a period not to exceed one (1) calendar year.\n\nThe applicant for an annual public event license, who does not\n\nalready hold a license issued by the ABLE Commission, shall make\n\napplication not less than sixty (60) days before its first event.\n\nThe ABLE Commission shall have the authority to waive the sixty-day\n\nrequirement at its discretion. For purposes of this subsection, an\n\nevent shall not exceed a period of three (3) consecutive days. An\n\nannual public event license shall only be issued in counties of this\n\nstate where the sale of alcoholic beverages by the individual drink\n\nfor on-premises consumption has been authorized. The holder of an\n\nannual public event license shall provide written notice to the ABLE\n\nCommission of each promoted public event not less than ten (10) days\n\nbefore the event is held. A public event license shall not be used\n\nin lieu of a mixed beverage license.\n\nD. A one-time public event license shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to sell and distribute mixed beverages for consumption on\n\nthe premises for which the license has been issued. The applicant\n\nfor a one-time public event license, who does not already hold a\n\nlicense issued by the ABLE Commission, shall make application not\n\nless than sixty (60) days before the event. The ABLE Commission\n\nshall have the authority to waive the sixty-day requirement at its\n\ndiscretion. For purposes of this paragraph, an event shall not\n\nexceed a period of three (3) consecutive days. A public event\n\nlicense shall only be issued in counties of this state where the\n\nsale of alcoholic beverages by the individual drink for on-premises\n\nconsumption has been authorized.
