A special event license may be issued to an organization,\n\nassociation or nonprofit corporation organized for political,\n\nfraternal, charitable, religious or social purposes. The holder of\n\na special event license is authorized to sell and distribute\n\nalcoholic beverage on the premises for which the license is issued.\n\nB. The ABLE Commission shall promulgate rules governing the\n\napplication for and the issuance of special event licenses.\n\nC. The restrictions and rules which apply to the sale of mixed\n\nbeverages on the premises of a mixed beverage licensee also apply to\n\nthe sale of such beverages under the authority of a special event\n\nlicense. Any act which if done on the premises of a mixed beverage\n\nlicensee would be a ground for revocation or suspension of the mixed\n\nbeverage license is a ground for revocation or suspension of a\n\nspecial event license.\n\nD. No special event license may be issued for any premises\n\nalready licensed by the ABLE Commission.\n\nE.
