Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-116","heading":"Hotel beverage license","body":"A hotel beverage license shall authorize the holder thereof to\n\nsell or serve alcoholic beverages in fifty (50) milliliter spirits,\n\none hundred eighty-seven (187) milliliter wine and twelve (12) ounce\n\nmalt beverage containers which are distributed from a hotel room\n\nmini-bar. A hotel beverage license shall only be issued in counties\n\nof this state where the sale of alcoholic beverages by the\n\nindividual drink for on-premises consumption has been authorized. A\n\nhotel beverage license shall only be issued to a hotel or motel as\n\ndefined by Section 3 of this act which is also the holder of a mixed\n\nbeverage license. Provided, that application may be made\n\nsimultaneously for both such licenses.
