A hotel beverage license may be issued to a hotel or motel\n\nwhich is also the holder of a mixed beverage license. Provided,\n\nthat application may be made simultaneously for both such licenses.\n\nB. The ABLE Commission shall promulgate rules governing the\n\napplication for and the issuance of hotel beverage licenses.\n\nC. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Control Act, a hotel may sell alcoholic beverages\n\nto its registered guests by means of a mini-bar located in the\n\nguestrooms of those registered guests; provided:\n\n1. Access to any mini-bar shall only be by a key, magnetic card\n\nor similar device;\n\n2. Access to a mini-bar in a particular guestroom is provided,\n\nwhether by furnishing a key, magnetic card or similar device only to\n\na registered guest over twenty-one (21) years of age registered to\n\nstay in the guestroom;\n\n3. The licensee shall verify that each registered guest to whom\n\na key, magnetic card or similar device to access a mini-bar is to be\n\nprovided is over twenty-one (21) years of age; and\n\n4.
