An airline/railroad/commercial passenger vessel beverage\n\nlicense shall authorize the holder thereof:\n\n1. To sell or serve alcoholic beverages in or from any size\n\ncontainer on a commercial passenger airplane, vessel or railroad\n\noperated in compliance with a valid license, permit or certificate\n\nissued under the authority of the United States or this state or its\n\ninstrumentality, even though the airplane, vessel or train, in the\n\ncourse of its travel, may cross an area in which the sale of\n\nalcoholic beverages by the individual drink is not authorized; and\n\n2. To store alcoholic beverages in sealed containers of any\n\nsize at any airport, facility or station regularly served by the\n\nlicensee, in accordance with rules promulgated by the ABLE\n\nCommission.\n\nB. Alcoholic beverages purchased by the holder of an\n\nairline/railroad/commercial passenger vessel license from the holder\n\nof a wholesaler license or beer distributor license shall be\n\npresumed to be purchased for consumption outside the State of\n\nOklahoma or in interstate commerce, and shall be exempt from the\n\nexcise tax provided in Section 5-101 of this title.
