Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-120","heading":"Wholesaler's agent license","body":"A wholesaler's agent license shall authorize the holder thereof:\n\n1. To represent only the holders of licenses within this state,\n\nother than retailers, authorized to sell wine and spirits to\n\nlicensed retailers in Oklahoma; and\n\n2. To solicit and to take orders for the purchase of wine and\n\nspirits from retailers including licensees authorized to sell wine\n\nand spirits in Oklahoma.\n\nSuch license shall be issued only to agents and employees of the\n\nholder of a license under the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control\n\nAct, but no such license shall be required of an employee making\n\nsales of wine and spirits on licensed premises of the employee's\n\nprincipal or of an employee of a beer distributer licensee\n\nregardless of that employee's job responsibilities.
