Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-126","heading":"Storage license","body":"A storage license may be issued to a holder of a brewer,\n\ndistiller, winemaker, rectifier, wine or spirits wholesaler, beer\n\ndistributor, nonresident seller, mixed beverage, caterer, public\n\nevent or hotel beverage license and shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to store alcoholic beverages in a public warehouse holding a\n\nbonded warehouse license. The holder of a small brewer license or\n\nbrewpub license shall not be required to obtain a storage license to\n\nstore beer within the limits set forth in Section 1-103 of this\n\ntitle. No goods, wares or merchandise other than alcoholic\n\nbeverages may be stored in the same warehouse with alcoholic\n\nbeverages in private warehouses owned or leased and operated by such\n\nlicensees elsewhere than on their licensed premises. Provided:\n\n1. A storage license issued to a beer distributor shall permit\n\nthe storage of beer and permit the sale and delivery to retailers\n\nfrom the premises covered by such license;\n\n2. Any licensee who is the holder of a mixed beverage/caterer\n\ncombination license or the holder of a mixed beverage license and a\n\nhotel beverage license who is issued a storage license shall store\n\nall inventories of alcoholic beverages either on the premises of the\n\nmixed beverage establishment or in the warehouse;\n\n3. A storage license shall not be required for a special event\n\nlicensee storing alcoholic beverages for use at a subsequent event;\n\nand\n\n4.
