A brewpub license shall authorize a small brewer to:\n\n1. Manufacture, bottle, package and store beer on the licensed\n\npremises;\n\n2. Sell beer produced by the licensee for either on-premises or\n\noff-premises consumption to consumers on the brewery premises, or\n\npremises located contiguous thereto;\n\n3. Sell beer at public events such as trade shows or festivals;\n\n4. Also hold a mixed beverage license, beer and wine license or\n\ncaterer's license; and\n\n5. Hold a brewpub self-distribution license.\n\nB. A brewpub self-distribution license shall authorize holders\n\nof a brewpub license to distribute beer produced only by such\n\nlicensee and operated by an entity which has common owners with such\n\nbrewpub licensee, regardless of which place of business brews the\n\nbeverage. \"Common owners\" means that the owners at each place or\n\nentity together own more than fifty percent (50%) of the interest in\n\neach place or entity that holds a type of license listed in this\n\nsubsection.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"deb43cada1dbbb3a7af8402ad9271a68b80285df301d5b40aee62266ec5d1809","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-131","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-133"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
