Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-136","heading":"Manufacturer's agent license","body":"A manufacturer's agent license shall authorize the holder\n\nthereof to represent only the holders of a manufacturer's license or\n\nnonresident seller license and to solicit and take orders for the\n\nsale of wine and spirits for the purpose of resale. No such license\n\nshall be issued to any person until it shall have been shown to the\n\nsatisfaction of the ABLE Commission that the applicant has been duly\n\nauthorized to act as the agent of the principal he or she proposes\n\nto represent, and that the principal or principals he or she\n\nproposes to represent has been duly authorized to do business in the\n\nState of Oklahoma, and has appointed a service agent in this state.\n\nNo applicant for a manufacturer's agent license shall also hold an\n\nagent license.
