Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-137","heading":"Restriction against additional licenses or permits","body":"outside of this Act.\n\nExcept as provided in Sections 101 and 102 of this act with\n\nrespect to cities, towns and counties, and except as may be provided\n\nunder Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes with respect to the Oklahoma\n\nTax Commission, no license or permit other than licenses as provided\n\nunder the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall be required\n\nof any licensee by any agency, instrumentality or political\n\nsubdivision of this state to engage in any activity covered by the\n\nOklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act anywhere within the State of\n\nOklahoma and no agency, instrumentality or political subdivision of\n\nthis state shall interfere with the regulation of the ABLE\n\nCommission, or the performance of a wholesaler with respect to the\n\nsale, distribution, possession, handling or marketing of alcoholic\n\nbeverages on any premises of any licensee as defined in Section 3 of\n\nthis act.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7556bf1729c39fc55d32c18212a3fb07df91dec10390bd84d8c60ed4bb9b8eec","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-136","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-138"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
