Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-138","heading":"Mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, special event,","body":"public event or airline/railroad/commercial vessel licensees -\n\nRestrictions on purchasing alcoholic beverages.\n\nThe holder of a mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, special\n\nevent, public event or airline/railroad/commercial vessel beverage\n\nlicense shall purchase alcoholic beverages only from a licensed wine\n\nand spirits wholesaler or beer distributor, or as otherwise\n\nspecifically provided by law; provided, the holder of a mixed\n\nbeverage, beer and wine, caterer or special event license issued for\n\nan establishment which is also a restaurant may purchase wine\n\nproduced at small farm wineries or beer produced at small breweries\n\nin this state directly from a winemaker or craft brewer as provided\n\nin Article XXVIIIA of the Oklahoma Constitution.\n\nA wine and spirits wholesaler, beer distributor or a holder of a\n\nsmall brewer self-distribution license or brewpub self-distribution\n\nlicense may deliver such products to licensees authorized to sell\n\nalcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption; provided, such\n\nlicensees may also pick up alcoholic beverage orders if they hold a\n\nprivate carrier license issued by the ABLE Commission.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d3b50f0a2facfc6a4793c0c566bceb0827c06fd13a30efcc2a06f5d94c3fcaed","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-137","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-139"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
