Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-140","heading":"Personal use permit","body":"The ABLE Commission is authorized to issue, upon application of\n\na person who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, an annual\n\npersonal use permit which when granted authorizes the holder thereof\n\nto make, store, possess and transport for personal use, beer,\n\nfermented non-distilled ciders and wine, as defined by Section 3 of\n\nthis act. The total volume of each authorized beverage made and\n\npossessed for personal use in a given calendar year shall be limited\n\nto a volume less than two hundred (200) gallons. The term \"personal\n\nuse\", as used in this act, means the individual making beverages\n\npursuant to a valid personal use permit issued by the ABLE\n\nCommission produces such beverages solely for his or her use and\n\nconsumption, for consumption by his or her family and guests, and\n\nfor transport to and use at organized affairs, exhibitions or\n\ncompetitions, including but not limited to homemaker contests,\n\ntastings or judgings.
