Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-145","heading":"Eligibility of persons pardoned for a felony","body":"Conviction of a felony for which a pardon has been granted,\n\nshall not constitute grounds for the denial or revocation of any\n\nlicense issued by the ABLE Commission.\n\nUnless otherwise provided by law, any person who has received a\n\npardon for a felony conviction shall be eligible to apply for,\n\nreceive and renew any license granted by the ABLE Commission, which\n\nby law is denied to a convicted felon, if:\n\n1. The person meets all other qualifications and requirements\n\nfor obtaining and maintaining the license; and\n\n2.
