Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-149","heading":"Written notice of denial, suspension or revocation of","body":"licenses.\n\nIn the case of denial of an application for an original license,\n\nthe ABLE Commission shall give written notice to the applicant\n\neither by registered mail directed to the applicant's last-known\n\naddress or by delivery, stating the reason for such denial. If the\n\nABLE Commission proposes to deny renewal of any license or to\n\nsuspend or revoke a license, it shall give written notice to the\n\nlicensee addressed to the licensed premises by registered mail, by\n\npersonal delivery or by posting of the notice on the outside\n\nentrance to the licensed premises, notifying the licensee of such\n\ncontemplated denial, suspension or revocation, and of the time and\n\nplace at which the licensee may be accorded a hearing before the\n\nABLE Commission on the matter, which time shall not be less than\n\nfifteen (15) days from the date of mailing, delivery or posting of\n\nsuch notice. Such notice shall set forth the grounds for the\n\nproposed denial, suspension or revocation.
