If a mixed beverage licensee sells or otherwise transfers\n\nthe licensee's financial interest in a licensed premises to another\n\nparty who obtains a mixed beverage license for the premises, any\n\nalcoholic beverages on the premises may be transferred to the new\n\nlicensee. Provided, if the premises are not in continuous operation\n\nas a mixed beverage establishment prior to and during the transfer\n\nof financial interest in the premises, the transfer of alcoholic\n\nbeverages shall be limited to alcoholic beverages in the original\n\ncontainer which have not been opened and which have not had the seal\n\nbroken and the original cap or cork removed.\n\nB. If an on-premises beer and wine licensee sells or otherwise\n\ntransfers the licensee's financial interest in a licensed premises\n\nto another party who obtains an on-premises beer and wine license\n\nfor the premises, any beer and wine on the premises may be\n\ntransferred to the new licensee. Provided, if the premises are not\n\nin continuous operation as a beer and wine establishment prior to\n\nand during the transfer of financial interest in the premises, the\n\ntransfer of beer and wine shall be limited to beer and wine in the\n\noriginal containers which have not been opened and which have not\n\nhad the seal broken and the original cap or cork removed.\n\nC.
