Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-160","heading":"Satellite tasting room license","body":"A satellite tasting room license shall authorize the holder of a\n\nsmall farm winery license or winemaker license to operate no more\n\nthan two satellite locations in addition to his or her licensed\n\npremises for the purpose of providing tastings, samples and retail\n\nsales for on-premises or off-premises consumption to consumers over\n\ntwenty-one (21) years of age; provided the wine tasted, sampled or\n\nsold shall have been produced/manufactured by the holder of a small\n\nfarm winery or winemaker license and shall have all manufacturing\n\ntaxes paid.\n\nThe holder of a small farm winery license or winemaker license\n\nmust obtain approval for each satellite location from the city, town\n\nor municipality before submitting the application to the ABLE\n\nCommission. The fee for licensing each satellite location will be\n\nOne Hundred Dollars ($100.00) annually.\n\nThe small farm winery licensee or winemaker licensee operating a\n\nsatellite tasting room must keep such license in good standing and\n\nis liable for any violation committed on the premises of its\n\nsatellite tasting rooms. Employees and managers of the satellite\n\ntasting room must be trained in alcohol handling, laws and\n\nregulations and hold a current alcohol servers license and must be\n\nover twenty-one (21) years of age.\n\nFor purposes of this section, the term \"tasting or tastings\"\n\nmeans the serving of free samples of the winemaker's products not to\n\nexceed more than a total of six (6) fluid ounces of wine per person\n\naged twenty-one (21) years or older per day, or the serving of the\n\nwinemaker's products by individual drink purchased by the consumer\n\nfor on-premises consumption, or the retail sale of the winemaker's\n\nproducts in sealed containers to an on-premises customer for off-\n\npremises consumption, or any combination thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"51fc5402e1ae9091c94fce4bdf2e6658dc03c34d9fa7c1c5f392ddd99dc68675","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-159","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-2-161"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
