Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-3-102","heading":"Commission authority to promulgate rules","body":"The ABLE Commission is authorized to promulgate such rules with\n\nrespect to packaging, marking, branding and labeling of alcoholic\n\nbeverages sold or possessed for sale within this state, including\n\nsuch rules:\n\n1. As will prohibit deception of the consumer with respect to\n\nsuch products or the quantity thereof and as will prohibit,\n\nirrespective of falsity, such statement relating to age,\n\nmanufacturing processes, analyses, guarantees, and scientific or\n\nirrelevant matter as the ABLE Commission finds likely to mislead or\n\nconfuse the consumer;\n\n2. As will provide the consumer with adequate information as to\n\nthe identity and quality of the products, the net contents of the\n\npackage, and the manufacturer, brewer or importer of the product;\n\nand\n\n3.
