Oklahoma wineries may ship products manufactured in the\n\nstate to consumers in other states, so long as the recipient is of\n\nlegal age and the laws of the recipient's state allow such\n\nshipments.\n\nB. Oklahoma wineries that ship products to consumers in other\n\nstates shall submit a monthly report of all shipments to the ABLE\n\nCommission. The report shall contain the name, address and age of\n\nthe recipient and shall list the common carrier used to ship the\n\nproduct. The contents of the reports shall be a matter of public\n\nrecord and shall be made available to the public as well as any law\n\nenforcement or regulatory official in Oklahoma or another state.\n\nThe manufacturer shall also keep a copy of all such reports on its\n\npremises for a period of not less than five (5) years and shall make\n\nthose reports available for inspection by any law enforcement\n\nofficer of any state or federal agency upon request.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"333d39f064c66436ff733404fe3f7247f8a70180696fcdbf5aa064b6c1983d53","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-3-104","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-3-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
