In order to provide for regulation of the sales and\n\ndistribution of beer in this state by the ABLE Commission, this\n\nLegislature hereby declares it is necessary to implement the\n\nsection.\n\nB. Statutory regulation of the sales and distribution of\n\ndesignated brands in designated territories by distributors shall\n\ninclude but not be limited to:\n\n1. A requirement for written distributor agreements between a\n\nbrewer and distributor designating a specific territory within which\n\nthe distributor may sell the designated brands of the brewer;\n\n2. Provisions for prohibited acts applicable to the distributor\n\nand brewer; and\n\n3.
