Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-3-112","heading":"Operation and maintenance conditions for brew pubs","body":"The operation and maintenance of a brewpub is subject to the\n\nfollowing conditions:\n\n1. No person shall be permitted to own or operate a brewpub\n\nwithout first paying the required fees set forth in Section 13 of\n\nthis act and obtaining a proper brewpub license from the ABLE\n\nCommission in the manner provided in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage\n\nControl Act;\n\n2. Each brewpub licensee shall comply with all other applicable\n\nstate and local license and permit requirements; and\n\n3.
