Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-3-120","heading":"Business interests prohibited for beverage, beer and","body":"wine, caterer, public event or bottle club licensees.\n\nNo mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or\n\nbottle club licensee, partner in any type of partnership, manager or\n\nmember of a limited liability company, officer, director or\n\nstockholder of any corporate licensee owning more than fifteen\n\npercent (15%) of the stock shall have any right, title, lien, claim\n\nor interest, financial or otherwise in, upon or to the premises,\n\nequipment, business or merchandise of any package store, beer\n\ndistributor, brewer, manufacturer or wholesaler.
