As used in this section:\n\n1. \"Interactive entertainment facility\" means premises that\n\nfeature interactive computer and video entertainment attractions,\n\nthemed merchandise, food and alcoholic beverages; and\n\n2. \"Main purpose of the business\" means that the total gross\n\nincome derived from interactive entertainment exceeds the total\n\ngross income derived from the sale, mixing, or serving of alcoholic\n\nbeverages.\n\nB. Nothing in Sections 89 or 90 of this act shall be construed\n\nas prohibiting the issuance, transfer or renewal of any mixed\n\nbeverage license to any person or corporation with respect to\n\npremises that are an integral part of an interactive entertainment\n\nfacility in which a manufacturer, brewer, nonresident seller,\n\ndistiller or rectifier has an interest, directly or indirectly, of\n\nless than thirty percent (30%) if all the following conditions are\n\nmet:\n\n1. The main purpose of the business conducted within the\n\nfacility is providing interactive entertainment, not the sale of\n\nalcoholic beverages;\n\n2. The mixed beverage licensee shall serve other brands of\n\nwine, beer and alcoholic beverages in addition to the brands\n\nmanufactured, produced or distributed by any distiller, rectifier,\n\nnonresident seller, brewer or manufacturer that has a direct or\n\nindirect interest in the mixed beverage license;\n\n3. No more than twenty percent (20%) of the mixed beverage\n\nlicensee's purchases of alcoholic beverages for sale on its licensed\n\npremises shall be products manufactured, produced or distributed by\n\nthe manufacturer, brewer, distiller, rectifier or nonresident seller\n\nthat has a direct or indirect interest in the licensed premises;\n\n4. The licensee purchases all alcoholic beverages and beer sold\n\non the premises from wholesalers or distributors that are licensed\n\nin Oklahoma;\n\n5. The distiller, rectifier, nonresident seller, brewer or\n\nmanufacturer does not control, directly or indirectly, the day-to-\n\nday operation of the licensed premises; and\n\n6.
