No alcoholic beverages may be sold, dispensed, served or\n\nconsumed on the premises of a mixed beverage, caterer, public event,\n\ncharitable event, special event, on-premises beer and wine, small\n\nbrewer or brewpub licensee between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00\n\na.m. Municipalities may enact ordinances requiring such premises to\n\nbe closed to the public between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.\n\nB. Counties that elect to authorize sales of alcoholic\n\nbeverages by the individual drink may designate any or all of the\n\nfollowing days as days or portions thereof on which the sales of\n\nalcoholic beverages are not authorized:\n\n1. On the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday; and\n\n2. On Decoration or Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,\n\nThanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.\n\nC.
