Municipalities are authorized to enact ordinances consistent\n\nwith the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.\n\nIn municipalities with populations of thirty-five thousand (35,000)\n\nor more according to the most recent federal decennial census, these\n\nordinances may provide for maximum penalties of fines not to exceed\n\nOne Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) plus court costs, an imprisonment\n\nnot to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. All municipalities of this state may enact ordinances\n\nprohibiting or regulating nudity or drink solicitation in\n\nestablishments licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Control Act.\n\nC. The provisions of this section shall not authorize any\n\nmunicipality to regulate by ordinance or issue any licenses for\n\nactivities for which a license is required to be issued pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.\n\nD.
