Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-4-102","heading":"Mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or","body":"bottle club licensee - Municipal or county proceeding to suspend or\n\nrevoke license.\n\nThe governing body of any municipality, as to any mixed\n\nbeverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or bottle club\n\nlicensee having its principal place of business in such\n\nmunicipality, and the board of county commissioners of any county,\n\nas to any mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or\n\nbottle club licensee having its principal place of business in such\n\ncounty but outside the incorporated limits of a municipality, may\n\ninitiate a license suspension or revocation proceeding as to such\n\nlicensee by filing a written complaint with the ABLE Commission.\n\nThe complaint shall set forth the grounds for the proposed\n\nsuspension or revocation. Such complaint may be based on any ground\n\nthat the ABLE Commission might have asserted. Upon receipt of such\n\ncomplaint, the ABLE Commission shall forward a copy of the complaint\n\nto the licensee together with written notice of the time and place\n\nof hearing thereon. If the complaint is filed by a municipality,\n\nthe hearing shall be conducted within the corporate limits of the\n\nmunicipality. If the complaint is filed by a county, the hearing\n\nshall be conducted in the county. The hearing shall be held within\n\nthe time limits and in the manner prescribed for suspension or\n\nrevocation proceedings initiated by the ABLE Commission. In any\n\nproceeding initiated pursuant to this section, the municipality or\n\ncounty shall be deemed an interested party, shall have the right to\n\nbe heard and to present evidence at the hearing on the complaint and\n\nshall be entitled to appeal from any final order entered by the ABLE\n\nCommission in the manner otherwise provided in the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Control Act.
