Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-4-103","heading":"Municipal zoning authority","body":"Municipalities and counties are hereby authorized to create a\n\nnew zoning classification to regulate the location of establishments\n\nthat sell, serve, mix, dispense or allow consumption of alcoholic\n\nbeverages on the premises. Such zoning classification may include\n\nbut shall not be limited to reasonable parking, access regulations\n\nand other such zoning regulations as the local authorities may deem\n\nnecessary for local control.
