Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-115","heading":"Power and authority of ABLE Commission or Oklahoma Tax","body":"Commission employees to enter and examine licensed premises.\n\nAny employee of the ABLE Commission or the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission shall have power and authority, without a warrant, to\n\nenter and examine the licensed premises of all licensees to\n\ndetermine whether any licensee possesses any container of alcoholic\n\nbeverage upon which the taxes have not been paid as required by the\n\nOklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and the rules thereunder,\n\nand if such employee shall find any such container of alcoholic\n\nbeverages, he or she shall immediately seize the same. Such\n\nemployees of the ABLE Commission or the Tax Commission shall be\n\ngiven free access to and shall not be hindered or interfered with in\n\ntheir examination of the licensed premises of any licensees, and, in\n\ncase any such employee is denied free access or is hindered or\n\ninterfered with in making such examination, any license held by the\n\nperson preventing such free access or interfering with or hindering\n\nsuch employee shall be subject to suspension or revocation.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"08640de63731eb0fcd5bb85aaccfc40c00e4b89768d9c7299cad85595195f48b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-5-114","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-5-116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
