Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-117","heading":"Sale of forfeited alcoholic beverage","body":"After an order of forfeiture, and when a proceeding for judicial\n\nreview of the order has been concluded or the time for judicial\n\nreview has expired, the ABLE Commission, to the extent that its\n\norder is sustained on review, shall sell such forfeited alcoholic\n\nbeverage at such time and place and in such manner as it deems\n\nadvisable.
