Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-119","heading":"Alcoholic beverages other than beer - Sealed cases","body":"required.\n\nEvery manufacturer of alcoholic beverages other than beer shall\n\npackage, ship, store and deliver same in cases, and no alcoholic\n\nbeverage other than beer shall be sold, shipped, stored or delivered\n\nby any such manufacturer except in sealed cases. Every manufacturer\n\nof alcoholic beverages other than beer shall serially number such\n\ncases on the end of the case where the brand and product are\n\nidentified. All such cases shall be sealed by tape or such other\n\nmethod as the ABLE Commission by rule may provide so that the\n\ncontents of such cases cannot be removed without breaking or\n\ndestroying such seal. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove\n\nthe alcoholic beverage contents of a case so sealed without breaking\n\nor destroying such seal. No wholesaler or beer distributor shall\n\nreceive or accept any alcoholic beverages other than beer in this\n\nstate except in sealed cases so numbered.
