Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-122","heading":"Manufacturer and brewer subject to licensing - Monthly","body":"itemized and verified report.\n\nEvery manufacturer and brewer, subject to licensing hereunder,\n\nshall make and transmit to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, on or before\n\nthe tenth day of each calendar month, upon a form prescribed and\n\nfurnished by the Tax Commission, an itemized and verified report,\n\nfor the preceding calendar month, showing:\n\n1. The kind and quantity of all alcoholic beverages\n\nmanufactured within this state during the month, including:\n\na. the proof of all spirits,\n\nb. the kind and quantity of all alcoholic beverages\n\npurchased within this state, including the proof of\n\nall spirits,\n\nc. the kind and quantity of all alcoholic beverages\n\nimported into this state during the month, including\n\nthe proof of all spirits,\n\nd. the name and ABLE Commission license number of the\n\nperson from whom purchased or received,\n\ne. the manifest, bill of lading or invoice number of each\n\nshipment, which number shall be the number used by the\n\noriginal seller as shown by the basic shipping records\n\nwhich accompanied the shipment,\n\nf. the date of receipt of each shipment,\n\ng. the name and ABLE Commission license number of the\n\ncarrier, if transported by carrier; and\n\n2. All sales of alcoholic beverages made by such manufacturer\n\nor brewer during such calendar month, both within and without\n\nOklahoma, including in detail the kind and quantity of all alcoholic\n\nbeverages sold, including:\n\na. the proof of all spirits, as shown by the invoice\n\ncovering each such sale,\n\nb. the invoice number,\n\nc. the date of each sale,\n\nd. the name, address and the ABLE Commission license\n\nnumber of the purchaser,\n\ne. the name and ABLE Commission license number of the\n\ncarrier, if shipped by carrier, and\n\nf. such other information as the Tax Commission may\n\nrequire.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e70bf9cb92096fea33ecbab4f85933498165ef2bc22df653586ae3a25d779bbe","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-5-121","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-5-124"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
