Every manufacturer, brewer, wine and spirits wholesaler,\n\nbeer distributor or nonresident seller, selling alcoholic beverages\n\nin this state, or selling alcoholic beverages for shipment into this\n\nstate shall, at the time such sale is made, make and deliver to the\n\npurchaser or transporter an invoice, bill of lading, manifest or\n\nother document describing such alcoholic beverages, showing:\n\n1. The date of such sale or delivery;\n\n2. The name and ABLE Commission license number of the seller;\n\n3. The point of origin of the movement of such alcoholic\n\nbeverages and the destination of same;\n\n4. The kind and quantity and a description of such alcoholic\n\nbeverages, including the proof of all spirits;\n\n5. The name and ABLE Commission license number of the\n\npurchaser;\n\n6. The sale price; and\n\n7. Such other information as the Oklahoma Tax Commission may,\n\nby form or rule, require.\n\nEvery such invoice, bill of lading, manifest or other document\n\ndescribing such alcoholic beverages, except beer, must be identified\n\nby consecutive numbers printed upon the invoice or document, and\n\neach such seller and purchaser must account for each copy of his or\n\nher invoice and each number thereof.\n\nB. Every manufacturer, brewer, wine and spirits wholesaler or\n\nbeer distributor importing into or purchasing in this state any\n\nalcoholic beverage, and any retailer purchasing any alcoholic\n\nbeverage in this state, shall at the time of delivery or acceptance\n\nof such alcoholic beverage, demand and receive a proper bill of\n\nlading, invoice, manifest or other document, particularly describing\n\nsuch alcoholic beverage and showing the proof of all spirits.\n\nC. Every manufacturer, brewer, wine and spirits wholesaler,\n\nbeer distributor, nonresident seller and retailer shall retain one\n\ncopy of each invoice, bill of lading, manifest or similar document\n\ncovering all such sales and purchases by such licensee, as a part of\n\nthe permanent records of such licensee for a period of at least\n\nthree (3) years.\n\nD. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section,\n\nwhether acting for himself or herself or as the agent or employee of\n\nany licensee hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon\n\nconviction, shall be punished as provided by law.
