Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-129","heading":"Oklahoma Viticulture and Enology Center Development","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nto be designated the \"Oklahoma Viticulture and Enology Center\n\nDevelopment Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies distributed to the\n\nfund:\n\n1. From the apportionment provided in paragraph 1 of Section\n\n107 of this act; and\n\n2. From any other source in accordance with state and federal\n\nlaw.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nthe purpose of:\n\n1. Establishing a Viticulture and Enology Center on the campus\n\nof Redlands Community College;\n\n2. Developing viticulture-related and enology-related education\n\nprograms;\n\n3. Developing technologies, strategies or practices that aid in\n\nthe production of grapes and wine in Oklahoma; and\n\n4. Increasing the positive economic impact of the Oklahoma wine\n\nindustry on this state.\n\nD.
