No mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event or\n\nspecial event licensee nor any officer, agent or employee of such\n\nlicensee may possess or permit to be possessed on the premises, for\n\nwhich such license was issued, any container of an alcoholic\n\nbeverage which is not listed on an invoice from the wholesaler from\n\nwhom the alcoholic beverage was purchased, unless otherwise\n\npermitted by statute.\n\nB. All containers of alcoholic beverages which are on the\n\npremises of a mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, public event\n\nor special event licensee and which are not listed on an invoice\n\nfrom the wholesaler pursuant to the provisions of this section are\n\ndeclared contraband. Any duly authorized employee of the ABLE\n\nCommission or the Oklahoma Tax Commission is authorized to seize\n\nsuch containers or cases, and such seized containers or cases shall\n\nbe subject to confiscation and forfeiture pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.\n\nC.
