Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-138","heading":"Exemption from bond requirement","body":"Any holder of a license or permit issued by the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission pursuant to Title 37A\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes which requires the license or permit holder\n\nto furnish to the Oklahoma Tax Commission a bond, shall be exempt\n\nfrom such bond requirement if the license or permit holder has held\n\nsuch license or permit and required bond for ten (10) consecutive\n\nyears while remaining compliant in all required tax payments to the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission for those ten (10) years. This bond\n\nexemption shall apply to all license and permit holders who are\n\ncompliant or become compliant with this section before or after the\n\neffective date of this act.\n\nThe bond requirement exemption shall terminate if the license or\n\npermit holder becomes delinquent or incompliant with tax payments to\n\nthe Oklahoma Tax Commission and the license or permit holder shall\n\nbe required to furnish the Oklahoma Tax Commission with such bond as\n\noriginally required by the license or permit.","path":["OK Code","Title 37A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os37A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c563b35f3c9a4e67282c76937e96675e93acbdf4d0c259d3f1d34a128056511d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-5-137","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-37a-37a-6-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
