Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-6-106","heading":"Prohibited acts of bottle club licensees","body":"No bottle club licensee shall:\n\n1. Use or allow the use of any mark or label on a container of\n\nalcoholic beverage which does not clearly and precisely indicate the\n\nnature of the contents or which might deceive or conceal the nature,\n\ncomposition, quantity, age or quality of any such beverage;\n\n2. Act as an agent for any bottle club member and purchase any\n\nalcoholic beverage for the member;\n\n3. Use or allow the use of any pool system of storage or\n\npurchase of alcoholic beverages;\n\n4. Allow any person to enter or remain in the designated bar or\n\nlounge area of the club unless that person possesses a valid\n\nmembership card for that club issued by the club;\n\n5. Sell any alcoholic beverage;\n\n6. Deliver or furnish to any club member any alcoholic beverage\n\nthat does not belong to the member;\n\n7. Serve alcoholic beverages to any person who does not possess\n\na valid membership card for that club issued by the club;\n\n8. Issue a membership card for the club to a person under\n\ntwenty-one (21) years of age; or\n\n9. Allow any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to enter\n\ninto, remain within or loiter about the designated bar area of the\n\nlicensed premises, except for members of a musical band employed or\n\nhired as provided in paragraph 2 of Section 142 of this act when the\n\nband is to perform within such area.\n\nThe prohibition in this subsection against persons under twenty-\n\none (21) years of age entering or remaining within the designated\n\nbar area of the licensed premises shall not apply if the licensed\n\npremises are closed to the public during a time the premises are\n\nlegally permitted to be open for business and the premises are used\n\nfor a private party at which alcoholic beverages may be served to\n\npersons twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Any alcoholic\n\nbeverages served at a private party on the licensed premises may be\n\npurchased from the licensee at a negotiated price or purchased\n\nprivately and served at the private party on the licensed premises.\n\nAny licensee who desires to conduct such a private party shall\n\nnotify the ABLE Commission, in writing, at least ten (10) calendar\n\ndays prior to the private party.
