Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-6-113","heading":"Unlawful to possess alcoholic beverages with intent to","body":"sell without procuring a license.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to\n\npossess any alcoholic beverages with the intent to sell the same\n\nwithout having first procured a license therefor from the ABLE\n\nCommission as now provided for by law.
